TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR JOINING “COMBO BROWS” ONLINE MASTERCLASS by NY PMU Online Academy
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you (Student) and NY PMU OÜ and apply to anyone starting a masterclass with NY PMU Online Academy. Terms:
This website is owned and operated by NY PMU OÜ under the brand name “NY PMU by Nataliya Yeremenko”. The company name will be referred to as “NY PMU Online Academy” herewith. All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication (which include copy, content, images, layout, graphics, design and appearance) belong to NY PMY Online Academy. By joining this masterclass, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions for joining and that the content and property of NY PMU Online Academy cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from NY PMU Online Academy.
Terms of Use of this Website:
NY PMU Online Academy creates and compiles the content of this masterclass, defines the range of topics, the level of immersion into and the presentation format for each of them. The volume and format of the material presented in the masterclass are final and cannot be supplemented upon a Student’s request.
Eligibility
By starting an online masterclass with NY PMU Online Academy, the Student confirms that you meet the following minimum requirements for participation:
- All Students must be at least 18 years of age.
- All Students must have a competent level of the language the masterclass is being purchased in and possess a reasonable competence in the language reading and listening comprehension.
- All Students must have a professional competency no lower than basic level to be able to grasp the material of the masterclass.
By making a booking with NY PMU Online Academy it is assumed that the candidate satisfies the above conditions and is deemed to have a competent level of the corresponding language. The candidate, by making a booking, takes full responsibility in determining whether the masterclass is suitable for their level, including the level of the language and proficiency. NY PMU Online Academy takes no responsibility if the candidate is unable to complete and pass the masterclass. NY PMU Online Academy does not accept any liability for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in connection with a candidate’s insufficient language ability.
Making a booking
The person making the booking complies with the above-mentioned conditions and by paying for the masterclass confirms having read and accepted the Terms and conditions.
The Student is fully responsible for the accuracy of the provided personal details. NY PMU Academy will not be responsible for any delay in gaining access to the masterclass caused by the incorrectly entered Student’s information.
The Student must make full payment at the time of booking. NY PMU Online Academy does not accept deposit nor partial or installment payments. Once the payment is made a contract exists between you and NY PMU Online Academy and all terms and conditions apply. If you require an invoice for your purchase, please contact us at info@nypmu.com and provide the details which you deem necessary to appear in the invoice (company name, tax number, etc.).
Once the card payment to NY PMU Online Academy has been made, the Student will be registered to obtain immediate access to the masterclass material using the provided email as a login username in combination with the generated password. NY PMU Online Academy holds no liability for the Student’s errors in providing the correct email and password and subsequent delay in gaining access to the masterclass.
Accuracy of Marketing Materials
NY PMU Online Academy makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material in our website and social media accounts are up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect, and we will do our best to inform you of any changes to the masterclass. We reserve the right to change any of the information in our website at any time we feel appropriate.
Pricing
All prices announced on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, NY PMU Online Academy reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time.
Once you have paid for a masterclass you will be sent email confirmation with 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email, then please contact us at info@nypmu.com

Our website can be viewed on mobile, tablet and PC formats. If you are having any problems viewing our website, then please contact us at info@nypmu.com.
Cancellation
By completing your payment, you are confirming your registration for the Online Masterclass. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that refunds cannot be issued after payment has been processed for the masterclass, regardless of participation level and selected tariff.
Access to the masterclass
The masterclass will be conducted in a live format. All the clients will get access to the live event and later to the recording of the Masterclass. Depending on the client’s package, the length of access to the masterclass recording will vary.
Extension
Any extension of the access to the masterclass is a subject to additional fee.

How to pass the masterclass?
The Student needs to cover all the materials included in the masterclass in order to be eligible for the Certificate of Completion. The Certificate can be claimed after the second day of the online masterclass.
System Maintenance and Upgrades
At certain times our systems and software programs may be updated. In the event of an update, we will endeavor to do this work as quickly as possible. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours, we shall allow our Students to extend their masterclass for a corresponding period of time.
Limitation to Liability
NY PMU Online Academy does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to services, caused by force majeure. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.
Complaints
If at any time, you are unhappy with the NY PMU Online Academy service then please contact us immediately at info@nypmu.com and we will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days following the receipt of your complaint.
- The contents of this masterclass are the intellectual property of NY PMU OU and is not to be copied or distributed partially or in whole without the written permission of the copyright owner
- The purchased is made in one payment and not a subject to a partial payments program
- The masterclass purchased is provided in one (1) language version only. Should the user be interested in obtaining another version, they should contact the service provider for a corresponding offer.
- The masterclass is for individual use only and should not be accessed by anyone other than the client.
- The composition of this masterclass is consistent to the description provided at the sales webpage
- The masterclass does not include individual consultations with the mentor. Only VIP package holders have an opportunity to get personal feedback for one of their PMU works from the mentor during 30 days after masterclass. For receiving this feedback the client should send high-quality detailed photos of their work to info@nypmu.com.
- Support is carried out by NY PMU Online Academy representatives in English and Russian languages.
The Law and its Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of it.
Third Party Rights:
A person that has no connection to the masterclass shall have no rights in the contract.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
NY PMU Online Academy reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.
Severance
If any party finds any of the terms and conditions in this document to be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable then these parts will be deleted while the other parts of the terms and conditions will be deemed valid.
Right of access
The masterclass and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Other parties cannot use these details.

All disputes, complaints and changes can be made in writing to info@nypmu.com. Please be aware that we do our best to respond to contact emails as quickly as possible. We have very high customer service expectations and will endeavor to reply to your contact email within 2 working days after receipt of your email. We would also like to make you aware that sometimes spam filters do not allow our emails into your system. Please check your junk/spam folders and the settings on your Email Client. NY PMU Online Academy does not take responsibility for you not receiving emails due to filters/junk or spam folders on your Email Client.
Controlling your Personal Information
Please be aware that you as an individual can choose to allow your personal information to be used by businesses at any time. You can manage your preferences and computer systems to disable settings on your personal computer.
